Dress with Narrow Sleeve/Double Puffs

I've always admired this type of sleeve and have seen it a lot on originals as well as CdVs of the era. It is basically a narrow coat sleeve with a double puffed sleeve attached to the top of the coat sleeve. It's a nice sleeve that adds a bit of decoration without making the gown too dressy. White cotton cuffs and a collar are added as well.
